Stephen Ellis, CPA
Steve prides himself on providing quality and timely service to his clients. His 25-plus years of experience with the firm in both tax and auditing translates to technical, practical, and money-saving advice for his clients. Steve’s current focus is corporate and individual taxation, construction accounting, and non-profit and governmental audits. He is a current member, past chair, and past treasurer of Keep Brevard Beautiful, Inc. Steve lives in Merritt Island with his wife, Wendy. They have five sons.
Todd Russell, CPA
Todd graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and completed his additional fifth year requirements at Florida State University. He has over fourteen years of experience auditing nonprofit organizations subject to Single Audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, Government Auditing Standards, and applicable state requirements. His experience also extends to preparing corporate, individual, and nonprofit tax returns and related advisory services. Todd has fourteen years of experience auditing governmental financial operations, including dependent special districts in Brevard County. He has met the Government Auditing Standards educational requirements, including obtaining 80 hours in the past two years of continuing professional education relating to governmental accounting and auditing. His professional experience and education have focused on audit issues, such as federal and state compliance testing, financial statement presentations, internal control evaluations, and compliance with IRS laws and regulations. Todd lives in Rockledge, Florida and has been a resident of Brevard County since 1992.
Robert Andersen, CPA
Robert Andersen graduated from the University of South Florida in 1964, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and passed the CPA exam in 1967. He started and operated his own CPA firm, Robert Andersen & Company, CPAs, from 1973 until 2013. He also started and operated a securities brokerage firm from 1990 through 2014. In 2013, Robert Andersen & Company, CPAs, merged with Davies Houser & Secrest, CPA, P.A. Bob specializes in corporate and individual income taxes and financial planning. Bob resides in Brevard County with his wife, Nancy. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Floyd C. Lemmon, CPA
Floyd Lemmon graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1971, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1973. Floyd began his accounting career out of college with an international CPA firm. In 1975, Floyd started his own firm and continued until merging with Davies, Houser & Secrest, CPA, P.A. in 1999. Floyd practices primarily in estate, corporate and individual income tax planning and preparation. Floyd and his wife Gail live in Cocoa. They have two children and one grandson.
Donna Young, CPA
Donna joined the firm in August 2016. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a major in Accounting and completed her fifth year at Rollins College. Following college, Donna worked as a bookkeeper for small businesses in Brevard County for 15 years while raising her son. In 2001, Donna went to work in public accounting and received her CPA license. Donna moved to Charlotte, NC, where she continued to work as a CPA, but she missed the Space Coast and relocated to Brevard County in August 2016. Her practice areas include individual and corporate income taxes, estates and trusts, tax planning, entity selection, financial statement preparation, and a specialty in government contract accounting.

Dawn Fearon, CPA
Dawn Fearon received her CPA license in 1994, and joined our Firm in 1998. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. Her practice areas include individual and corporate income tax, estates and trusts, as well as audit, review, and compilation of financial statements. Dawn is a member of several professional associations. She has been a resident of Brevard County since 1969.
Shawn Yount, CPA
Shawn Yount joined the firm as a staff accountant in January 2013 and is now a CPA. He has professional experience in both tax and audit; focusing mainly on governmental, not-for-profit, and construction audits. Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Michelle Bonnett graduated from Virginia College in 2013, with a degree in Management Information Systems. She moved to Brevard County in June 2011 and joined our firm in 2012. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has more than 15 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, with a focus on small business. Michelle is our Accounting Manager as well as our Office Manager and a notary public.
Barbara Ruland joined the firm in December 1987. With 30 years of bookkeeping experience, she is a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, specializing in small business services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statements. Barbara has been a resident of Brevard County since 1981.
Wilfred Gonzalez joined the firm as a staff accountant in July 2015. He has professional experience in both tax and audit; focusing on governmental, not-for-profit, and construction audits. Wilfred graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Liberty University. He is currently working on pursuing his CPA license.
Scott Wessner joined the firm in 2015 as a staff accountant after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. He received his Master of Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Accounting from Florida Tech University. He is currently working on obtaining his CPA license.
Lisa Common has been employed as the Firm’s receptionist since November 1998. She is the “face” of the firm to all who call our office, as well as a Notary Public.
Robin Jourdan joined the firm as an Administrative Assistant in September 2015. She provides administrative support to the firm.
